Description	Undated photograph of Mary Osborn and students at Maryland State Normal School. The library and model school were both housed in the Administration Building, now known as Stephens Hall. This photograph is thought to have been taken between 1925 and 1930. The Administration Building, was built in 1915 when the Maryland State Normal School moved to its Towson location. It was renamed for M. Bates Stephens, State Superintendant of Education from 1900 until 1920 on September 19, 1957.
