Description	Photograph of the 1922 Girl Scouts Troop led by advisor Dr. Anita Dowell. Dr. Dowell joined the Maryland State Normal School in Baltimore in 1913 and served the school for 40 years. The Dowell Health Center was named after her in 1963 for her service to the Health Education department.
